A really elegant and structured palate shows white fruits, ginger, and dried honey with a vigorous acidity and almost stark minerality. A sensational wine with decades ahead of it.

Restrained but intense yellow fruit, pineapple, citrus and chalky nose. Plush and poised palate with precise yellow/tropical fruit and lime flavours, underscored by refreshing acidity and an unobtrusive structure. It has an irreproachable line, length and balance, the aftertaste lingering on and on. A wine of exceptional character and quality.

Great varietal definition on the nose with grapefruit and herbal undertones. Rosemary and thyme along with a ripe citrus character. Lovely juicy cool green fruit flavours balanced by a strident minerality. Hard to find a better example of Sauvignon; well worth the money. A metaphysical wine with a lingering finish.

Saturated colour and nose! Creamy, dark, dense and compelling stuff. Full-bodied, very dry, with lots of oak, rich bitter chocolate notes, grippy tannins and an enticing fruit core. Poised balance but very taut. Long, dry, impressive, oaky finish. There's complexity, but such joyous drinkability too.

Subtle oak, ripe Williams pear, pineapple, spring floral and chalky bouquet. The palate is mouthfilling and juicy with an impressive intensity of ripe fruit flavours, underscored by crisp acidity, well-integrated alcohol and a long mineral-inflected finish. Super now, and won’t fall over anytime soon. Remarkable.

Elegant, fresh and floral-toned nose. Creamy, polished and restrained in the mouth with nutty nuances and sweet perfumed hints. Ample but poised with abundant definition and sufficient acidity. Long, luscious and enticing finish. The words ‘polished’ and ‘enticing’ come to mind. A Gewürztraminer for Gewürztraminer devotees.

Orchard/tropical fruit and spice nose. Weighty on the palate with moderate freshness and ample fruit concentration. Long, stony finish.
